PrintWizard

PrintWizard is an extension of the ScanWizard application that turns any WideTEK scanner into a multifunction system (MFP) with a connected printer of the customer’s choice and adds printing and copying functions. The software retains full control over the printer’s functions: paper properties and ink levels are visible without having to go to the printer, and the media type and print quality are selected directly in ScanWizard.

Five predefined scanner and printer templates help inexperienced users choose the right settings, and the copy button can be configured for one-touch copying with any of the templates. The option is offered in versions for Canon imagePROGRAF, Océ ColorWave / PlotWave (Canon TDS), HP DesignJet / PageWide, and Epson SureColor wide-format printers. In WideTEK 36CL-MF MFP bundles, all the required software option keys are already installed, and the built-in closed-loop color calibration optimizes copies for the selected printer and paper.
