Overview
The WideTEK 12 and WideTEK 25 are compact, production-grade color flatbed scanners with a built-in 3D surface scanning mode and a built-in Linux computer: they scan to the network, to USB, to email, or to the cloud without an external PC. The WideTEK 12 accepts originals up to 313 × 470 mm (18% larger than A3), and the WideTEK 25 up to 635 × 470 mm (19% larger than A2).
The maximum format is scanned in less than 3 seconds at 300 dpi, and in 12 seconds in 3D mode at 600 dpi. The frameless, scratch-resistant anti-glare glass extends right up to the edges of the housing. With the optional backlight, the scanner handles X-ray films, glass negatives, films, and 35 mm aperture cards.
