Overview
The WideTEK 36ART-600 is a scanner for non-contact digitization of artworks: oil and acrylic paintings, watercolors, charcoal and pastel drawings, collages, and antiques, including fragile and even wet works. The maximum format is 914 × 1524 mm, or 914 × 2224 mm with the optional scan table extension; the scan height is up to 100 mm.
The scanner is designed for museums, galleries, archives, libraries, reprographics centers, and collection owners. The 3D mode records the surface texture, and a special laser pointer helps set the optimal scan head position. The built-in computer saves scans to the network, to USB, or to the cloud without an external PC.
